Offer-Specific Terms & Conditions

1. Application of these terms

1.1 These Offer-Specific Terms & Conditions apply to the Generators Australia Winter Promotion (Offer).
1.2 The Offer is provided by Generators Australia Pty Ltd (ACN 114 816 465) and, where applicable, its related and associated bodies corporate (“Generators Australia”).
1.3 These Offer-Specific Terms & Conditions incorporate:

a. the quotation, hire docket or other applicable agreement between you and Generators Australia; and
b. the Generators Australia Terms and Conditions of Hire.

together the (“Hire Agreement”);

1.4 If there is any inconsistency concerning the Offer, the following order of precedence applies:

a. these Offer-Specific Terms & Conditions; and
b. the Hire Agreement;

2. Promotional period

2.1 The Offer is available from the date it is first published until 11:59 pm AWST on 17 September 2026 (“Promotional Period”), unless extended, amended or withdrawn earlier by Generators Australia.

3. The Offer

3.1 An Eligible Customer who hires an Eligible Generator during the Promotional Period will be entitled to receive one (1) GP360L Area Light at 50% off the quoted hire rate of hired with that Eligible Generator subject to the terms and conditions of this Offer.
3.2 The GP360L Area Light must:

a. be included on the same quotation as the Eligible Generator;
b. be hired for use at the same project or site as the Eligible Generator; and
c. remain on hire concurrently with the Eligible Generator.
3.3 The 50% discount applies only to the equipment hire rate of the GP360L Area Light specified on the quotation.
3.5 If the Eligible Generator is off-hired, returned or removed from the Hire Agreement before the GP360L Area Light, the promotional discount will cease and Generators Australia’s applicable standard hire rate may apply to the GP360L Area Light from that time.
3.6 The Offer is strictly conditional on the compliance with the terms of this Offer and the Hire Agreement. In the event the Eligible Customer fails to meet their obligations under the terms of this Offer and the Hire Agreement, the Offer will not apply, and Generators Australia reserves the right to charge the Eligible Customer the full hire rate for the GP360L Area Light.

4. Eligible Generators

4.1 An “Eligible Generator” is a generator:

a. available from the Generators Australia rental fleet;
b. identified by Generators Australia as eligible for the Offer; and
c. hired during the Promotional Period.
4.2 Unless Generators Australia confirms otherwise in writing, the following are not Eligible Generators:

a. generators sourced through a third-party or cross-hire arrangement;
b. generators already on hire before the Promotional Period;
c. generators supplied under an existing Hire Agreement that is merely extended, renewed or varied during the Promotional Period; and
d. equipment sold rather than hired.

5. Eligible Customers

5.1 The Offer is available to customers of Generators Australia who meet the following conditions (“Eligible Customer”):

a. currently has or is approved for a Generators Australia’s trading account (on either cash or credit terms);
b. has not overdue amounts owed to Generators Australia or a related or associated entity; and
c. have not or are not in breach of the Hire Agreement at any given stage.
5.2 The Offer is available to new and existing customers for qualifying new hires, unless otherwise stated in the customer’s quotation.
5.3 Generators Australia may seek additional information to verify they are an Eligible Customer.

6. Limits

6.1 Unless otherwise approved in writing, the Offer is limited to one (1) discounted GP360L Area Light for each Eligible Generator hired.
6.3 The Offer is subject to fleet availability, project location, transport capability.
6.4 The Offer does not guarantee that an Eligible Generator or GP360L Area Light will be available at a particular branch, location or time.
6.5 The 50% discount only applies to the hire rate of the GP360L Area Light and expressly does not apply to:

a. generator hire charges;
b. transport, freight, mobilisation, delivery or collection;
c. installation, commissioning, disconnection or removal;
d. fuel, refuelling or consumables;
e. accessories, cables, distribution equipment or ancillary equipment;
f. rental levies or environmental levies;
g. cleaning, servicing, repair or damage charges;
h. loss, theft, misuse or excess charges;
i. labour, travel or accommodation;
j. statutory fees, duties or government charges;
k. GST; or
l. any other amount that is not the hire rate of the GP360L Area Light.
6.6 The Offer cannot be applied retrospectively to:

a. an existing Hire Agreement;
b. a generator that is on hire at the time the Offer commences; or
c. an invoice already issued,

unless Generators Australia agrees otherwise in writing.

6.7 The Offer is not applicable where the Eligible Customer is in breach of any terms of the Hire Agreement at any stage including but not limited to a breach of the

8. How to redeem the Offer

8.1 An Eligible Customer must request the Offer when seeking a quotation or placing the hire order; and
8.2 Generators Australia must then confirm that the customer is eligible under clause 5 and issue a quotation which details that this Offer shall be applied.
8.3 Any enquiry or quote request does not guarantee acceptance, equipment availability or eligibility of the Offer.

9. Substitutions

9.1 If a GP360L Area Light is unavailable, at its sole discretion, Generators Australia may offer alternative lighting equipment (“Alternative Equipment”).
9.2 Alternative Equipment will not automatically qualify for the 50% discount.
9.3 An Eligible Customer must seek written confirmation from Generators Australia that the 50% discount will be applied to the Alternative Equipment prior to the hire commencement.
9.4 Generators Australia is not under any obligation to cross-hire any equipment in order to provide a generator, GP360L Area Light, or other Alternative Equipment under this offer where unavailable.

10. Other promotions and rates

10.1 This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with another promotion, voucher, coupon, rebate or promotional discount unless Generators Australia agrees otherwise in writing.
10.2 The Offer cannot be combined with a separately negotiated or contract rate where Generators Australia reasonably determines that the negotiated rate already incorporates a discount.
10.3 Where more than one discount could apply, Generators Australia may apply the single discount that provides the customer with the greatest benefit, but discounts will not be compounded.

11. Changes and cancellation

11.1 To the extent permitted by law, Generators Australia may amend, suspend, extend or withdraw the Offer where reasonably necessary because of:

a. equipment availability;
b. operational or logistical constraints;
c. an error in promotional material;
d. circumstances outside its reasonable control;
e. suspected misuse of the Offer; or
f. by providing written notice to Eligible Customers or displaying the cancellation of the Offer on the Generators Australia website.
11.2 Any change by Generators Australia will not affect a Hire Agreement already accepted by Generators Australia unless:

a. the customer agrees to the change;
b. the customer changes or cancels the qualifying hire; or
c. Generators Australia is entitled to make the change under clause 11.1 or the terms and conditions of Hire.

12. No cash value

12.1 The Offer:

a. is not transferable;
b. is not redeemable for cash, credit or any other product; and
c. cannot be exchanged for a reduction in any other hire charges.

13. General

13.1 All equipment remains subject to the applicable Hire Agreement and Generators Australia Terms and Conditions of Hire.
13.2 Capitalised terms not defined in these Offer-Specific Terms & Conditions have the meaning given in the applicable Hire Agreement or Terms and Conditions of Hire.
13.3 Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.
13.4 Promotional images are illustrative only. Specifications are indicative only and may vary between model years or individual units. For equipment hire, we will supply the same or an equivalent model that is fit for the disclosed purpose.
13.5 The Offer is governed by the laws applicable under the relevant Hire Agreement.
13.6 The Eligible Customer acknowledges that the Discount is an incentive offered subject to compliance with the terms and conditions of this Offer and is not an unconditional reduction in price.
